If you caught my recent article about intuitive productivity, then I hope you enjoy this follow-up podcast with 12 practical tips for practicing it daily.
This is a great list! It sounds similar to how my productivity plan has evolved over the past 15 years. I've had an accountability partner for that long and one thing we practice is not only doing these 12 things for ourselves, but offering grace space for each other. We cheer on, celebrate, nudge for change, check in for moods and levels of energy, give permission to ditch what isn't working, etc. Sometimes, just asking a simple question of ourselves will reveal what we need to do to have improved productivity without pursuing perfection or creating pressure. (Lots of Ps there!) Number 5 on your list, "Honor your energy cycles," is where I'm at now while dealing with Long COVID. It's a non-negotiable (my body and brain forces it!). But by honoring it, I don't begrudge the down time. So, "honor" was a good word for you to use! It shifts the perspective and it's almost like a soul hug. Thanks!
I like to simplify my to-do list, leaving margins for rest and reflection. I can do less and have more joy than doing more and feeling resentment.
It really does make a difference!

Forcing something just makes the low energy worse. Thank you for sharing your productivity styles!
