I did a thing. I’ve been talking about starting a podcast and newsletter for writers who want to publish their own books—with the quality of traditionally done books. This week, I launched Indie Author Blueprint.
I’m letting you, my Midlife Repurposed readers, know for several reasons:
I know a lot of my followers are fellow writers. Some are disillusioned with how their publishing process has gone so far, and they want to explore other options. Others are dipping their toes in the waters of publishing.
I know some of my midlife readers have secretly been writing, and you don’t know what you want to do about this new passion you discovered.
You might know someone who is thinking of writing or publishing a book and could point them to this resource.
Sometimes, people think it’s too late to start writing in midlife. You might be surprised to know that many of my author friends were well into midlife before they published their first book. Frankly, who has time for it with careers and kids and all that?
Now is the time when we start to consider what we want to do with the second half.
I’d be honored to have you check out the free or paid options for the new Substack. And if you’d forward this message to a writer friend, that would also make my day!
